• The vehicle being registered in title to the buyer, at time of sale-back
• Maintenance of the service schedules
• Absence of any serious accident damage
• The vehicle being duly licensed
• No unpaid traffic fines pending on the vehicle

Repurchase pricing is determined by the original selling price, less …

1. A discount, calculated by the greater of …

• 3.0 % of the original selling price per month or part of a month, from the date of sale, or
• 25 % of the original selling price

2. A distance based depreciation charge of R 0.35 per Km for distance traveled in excess of 2500 Km per month from date of purchase.

3. All refurbishment expenses that may be required to restore the vehicle to a saleable and roadworthy condition.
